OPERATIONS

CREATING AND IMPROVING OUTCOMES

I enjoy building the infrastructure, getting the resources, and establishing a supportive space for people to achieve what they want to achieve. I often reflect on what could have been done differently and/or better. I’ve been a founding member of and/or the first person in a role for several organizations, meaning that I have pioneered processes and materials from the ground up. In the roles that existed before me, I’ve brought in new perspectives and created materials that streamline existing processes and improve outcomes. My experience in operations is detailed below, as well as in my project-specific pages: Beat ‘Em Up, Cows Vs Aliens, Morphology, and Social Butterfly Experiment.
